That is one pretty looking cheesecake. You are a patient woman to squeeze out all those key limes! I used regular limes in my key lime pie (blasphemy!?!), but bought some key limes for another recipe I was trying out. I only squeezed 5 key limes, and it was a pain in the rear!

I'm telling you, I could smell this when I scrolled down and saw the picture of the completed cheesecake. My mouth is watering and I'm headed out to get the ingredients after work today. Yum!
